Kirk Group was founded by a leadership team with over 90 years of combined experience across construction, trades, care and technology. That breadth of real-world knowledge — from hands-on site work to running multi-disciplinary service businesses — is what makes our approach different.
We built Kirk Group because we'd seen first-hand what poor contractor staffing looks like: slow placements, unvetted workers, no accountability. We knew there was a better way — an agency that genuinely understood the industries it served and held itself to a higher standard.
