Kirk Group was founded by Damian Kirk, who has spent over 25 years working in the UK construction and trades industries. In 2010, Damian established Call Out Repair, building it into a reputable name known for quality workmanship and reliability.
With decades of first-hand experience on the tools and running a trade business, Damian saw an opportunity to raise the standard of contractor staffing — to build an agency that genuinely understood the industries it served. Kirk Group was born from that ambition.
Still in its early growth phase, Kirk Group is branching out beyond its construction roots to serve three core sectors: Construction, Electrical, and Plumbing. Everything we do is grounded in Damian's belief that the right people, placed properly, make all the difference.
